All paid services are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis unless otherwise agreed.

5. Intellectual Property

Content, designs, and campaigns created by ANM Market Solutions remain our intellectual property until all invoices are paid in full.

Upon full payment, ownership of final deliverables transfers to the Client, excluding licensed third-party tools, software, or templates.

6. AI & Automation Disclaimer

AI voice agents, chatbots, and automation tools are configured to enhance customer communication but may not cover all unique scenarios.

Client acknowledges responsibility for reviewing and monitoring AI interactions to ensure compliance with industry regulations.

7. Term & Termination

Services are provided on a month-to-month basis unless otherwise specified.

Either party may terminate services with written notice at least 7 days before the next billing cycle.

We may suspend or terminate service immediately if the Client violates these Terms, misuses our platform, or engages in unlawful activity.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid by the Client for the services in question during the last 30 days.

9. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any business, customer, or proprietary information shared during the course of our work.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, USA.

11. Changes to Terms
